SMIT 2008 Manager Training

In order to improve the management skill of our manager team, HUMAN RESOURCE department and the admin. office held a two days management skill training from Sep.6th to 7th. There are totally 48 managers who attended this training. All the managers got a better understanding of the management skill through teacher’s analysis of the vivid case and the classroom games. On the summing-up meeting, all the managers shared their own feeling about this training. This MANAGER TRAINING was successfully finished by the conclusion of CEO Huang Xue Liang.
