SMIT Corporation Introduces IP Video-on-Demand Conditional Access Module
August 29, 2012 – SMIT Corporation (“SMIT”), a leading provider of devices that enable secure digital content delivery, announces that the Company has introduced the latest IP Video-on-Demand (“VOD”) Conditional Access Module (“CAM”) and will showcase its features at IBC 2012 in Amsterdam in September 2012.
Digital Pay-TV operators are faced with increasing demand for VOD video streams and other features including tagging favorite programs, sharing rented content with other users and bill-tracking for value-added services. During IBC 2012, SMIT will display its latest IP VOD CAM with video demonstration, allowing viewers to choose their favorite programs, including HD programs, FILMS, sports and news channels based on personal preference.

The latest product features will be showcased at IBC 2012 to be held in Amsterdam, Netherlands from September 6th to 11th in Hall 1, Booth F86.
